Student – Good afternoon sir.
Professor – Good afternoon. What can I do for you today?
Student – I have a few questions concerning the spring break trip that you are organizing this year.
Professor – Of course! Fire away!
Student – Well, first of all, have you fixed the destination yet?
Professor – Well, yes, we are still hesitating between two towns but we have chosen Mexico.
Student – Ah, nice! And what are the two towns you’re hesitating between?
Professor – Cancun and Playa Del Carmen. They are very close. So the plane would arrive in Cancun but we’re comparing hotel prices.
Student – OK. And do you have any idea how much the trip would be roughly?
Professor – Well, we’re looking at a trip price of around $600 per person all included.
Student – Absolutely all included? Flight, hotel, and food?
Professor – Yes. The only thing that is not included are the drinks. But we are looking for an all-inclusive hotel where the prices are low. And it’s just not easy to find.
Student – OK. And if you, if you, if you find one, will it be $600 all included?
Professor – Absolutely. But be careful! There are only around 30 seats so you’ll have to book as soon as we finish off all the organizing.
Student – OK. And do you know when that will be?
Professor – Well, we usually finish everything one month before departure. So, if you come beginning of March, you’ll be fine.
Student – Great! Well, thanks and… um, I wanted to know if there were any special discounts this year too.
Professor – Actually, yes. If you have a financial aid from us at Student Council, then we’ll help you with the trip. There’s a 25% discount.
Student – Great! See you in March, then.
