6.03 Note taking: Writing

The Writing Section: Only one task requires notetaking in this section of the exam: The fact-based question. This task will include a reading and a listening passage, and the student will have to explain the contrasting relationship between them both.

Well, there you have it. Be sure to give yourself enough time to practice your note taking in the lead-up to your exam. Taking that time to practice the various methods of note taking, having a good ear for listening, and a good eye for the written word, will do you a great benefit, and help you succeed in the TOEFL.
