I think that working out in a group works better for me because it means that I can’t be lazy, I will look around and you know, I’ll feel that other people are watching me, so I want to perform really well, so it actually turns out to be more effective. Group classes are also quite nice because there is a qualified teacher showing you how to do the moves correctly.
