I think that working out in a group works better for me because it means that I can’t be lazy, I will look around and you know, I’ll feel that other people are watching me, so I want to perform really well, so it actually turns out to be more effective. Group classes are also quite nice because there is a qualified teacher showing you how to do the moves correctly. Whenever I work out alone, I never really finish the workout I set out to do or I end up asking myself a lot of questions, like ‘Am I doing this right?’ or ‘Am I hurting myself?’ …
